My pc keeps crashing

Hello, my pc keeps crashing. It usually happens when I close a game, (about 3-10 minutes after). I often watch youtube about this time, and that is when it crashes. When the pc crashes both my monitors just turn off and I can't do anything but pull the power cable. Sometimes the pc just freezes and I can't move anything, not the mouse or start a youtube video for example. When that happens I can't do anything but to pull the cable again. I have had the pc for about 1 year and everything works fine except for when this problem occurred recently. Can somebody please help me?

MY SPECS:

Sorry for taking so long, here is what my Minidump folder contains.

I have also found out that the computer only crashes when I plug in my microphone, I have used a headset microphone for a while now and it recently stopped working, When that happened I plugged in my old mic that I used before. When I did that the computer started crashing sometimes. I have tried this with 2 different microphones and both of them causes the crash.

Thanks for the reply. Please check the minidump creation settings and ensure that it's enabled. If you are overclocking or have xmp enabled, please revert any changes and set their values to their default.

    1. To ensure minidumps are enabled.

Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.

Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button.

Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.

    Under the Write Debugging Information,

select Small memory dump (256 kB)

Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.

It's also possible that the crash or error prevents the minidump creation.

    1. It is also possible that the graphics driver is causing the crash. Try to roll back or clean install the graphics drivers.

Clean install the graphics drivers using DDU. Uninstall both integrated and dedicated graphics drivers.

    Once the drivers are uninstalled

Install the latest Graphics Card driver

    1. Reinstall and update these drivers Chipset, network, game controller drivers, and sound drivers.

Download the latest driver from the Manufacturer's support website and install it.

    Restart your computer.

    1. Perform a Memory test to detect if you have faulty memory or can be a bad memory slot. We need at least 8 passes.

Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem. We need the actual .dmp files to analyze what caused the computer to crash/bsod.

    Please locate this folder.

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Put the files on a zip

    upload the files Onedrive

    Share the link here.
