Hi Gray,
I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.
Embedded Lockdown manager is for Windows 8.1 Embedded. Where do you see it on Windows 10?
Thanks. This means the Embedded Lockdown Manager is not there on the computer.
Do you see that in Optional features?
Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.
Type optionalfeatures.exe
Press Enter.
Hi Sumit,
Thank you for your reply.
I assume Windows 8 was originally installed on my laptop, and it was either replaced by or upgraded to windows 10.
Embebded Lockdown Manager seems to be causing an issue with allowing my ipad to be recognised properly by my PC.
Advised to remove Embedded Lockdown Manager to solve this issue, but unclear how I can do that.
Are you able to advise?
Kind Regrads
Gray
