Seeing command prompt with error message on startup of my laptop

Recently I bought a Lenovo Idea pad Slim 5 Laptop which comes with Windows 10 Home edition. Later I upgraded that to windows 11. But after that I am continuously seeing an error in a command prompt on startup itself, showing message like "Error writing Proxy Settings. Access Denied [Program Exited with code 1]".

If anyone knows about this, I would be glad if you people help me to solve.

Thankyou...

Hi Ranjithrr. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.

    1. There are fixes reported to work here:

    1. Establish a Clean Boot with only Defender and OneDrive allowed to Start besides the WIndows services:

    https://www.makeuseof.com/clean-boot-windows-11/

    1. Run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11:

    1. If that doesn't fix it then you can do a Windows 11 Repair Upgrade which reinstalls Windows while saving your files and apps in place, brings it up to the latest version by the most stable method, takes about an hour and resolves most problems: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/repair-install-wi...

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.

    Happy Holidays!
