When the tool is running the test and it reaches 100%, it isn't restarting My pc. I have left it overnight run the test and it still hasn't finished, it just keeps on looping. I've tried exiting it, but I doesn't work. I've tried turning it off too, but that won't work either. Please help.

    Hello That_guy456, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that the computer has crashed in the memory diagnostics;

    Are you no longer able to access the system?

    If you're not getting it, try the following;

    Turn ON the computer and when the manufacturer / Windows logo appears, press and hold the power button to turn it off - Repeat 3 times

    Now the computer will go to the recovery environment;

    Click Advanced Options > Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > System Restore;

    Check to see if there are any restore points you can go back to;

    If not possible try the following;

    Once again within the recovery environment click Advanced Options > Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Startup Repair;

    Check if the problem is fixed;

    I hope I have helped, see you soon!
