Lock keys notifications

So I've done a Windows 10 update and since then a notification appeared each time I press caps lock, num lock or fn lock like the one in the photo below. I tried disabling in Windows ease of access setting with the setting shown in the photo below, but it seems that it didn't work. I have a Lenovo Legion 5 laptop if that helps by any means.

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

This is from a utility called Lenovo utility. Uninstall it in the Apps section which should resolve the issue, provided turning off Toggle keys hasn’t helped.
