I have been asked by a customer - as to which platform learn.microsoft.com is built on. They wish to build a similar site inside their organization. Please let me know

    learn.microsoft.com is a hybrid of open and close source software.
    You can see the open-source project: DocFX https://github.com/dotnet/docfx
