What's causing kmode exception not found

Hi all, I am trying to figure out what is causing Kmode exception not handled errors with my computer. To add a little detail, I just bought a new computer, which uses a gigabyte H470 mobo with 10th gen core I7 processor. I work from home, and my job requires me to use Cisco Anyconnect VPN to connect to their remote desktop. Lastly, I am totally blind, so I use a screen reader called Jaws to interact with the computer. From what I've found, antivirus software can cause this, so I've uninstalled AVG Internet Security. I don't want to leave my computer in this state, although I do have Malware Bytes Pro. What do you think, am I OK to trust Malware Bytes pro with Windows Defender? Is AVG causing some incompatibility here? I have run the Intel driver updater, and according to that, everything's up-to-date. Thanks in advance for any help. Here is a link to the dump files. https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ain0uooCaFaog510fuD06DXh0vdC3w?e=P8L8K6

Thanks,

Guy

    Hi Guy

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

All you minidump files indicate a driver named acsock64.sys is causing the crashes.

That sems to be a virtual driver that is part of the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client software.

The best option is to completely uninstall that software, then restart (not shut down) your PC and then download and install the latest version of that software that they provide on their website.
