    Hello RITESH, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand you are getting code 31 in the NVIDIA driver;

    What exactly is your video card model?

    Initially I recommend that you go to the NVIDIA website and download the latest driver for your video card:

    https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

    Update your Acer drivers by entering serial number, SNID or model number:

    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

    Check Windows Update for system updates and do any pending updates;

    Check if the problem is fixed;

    I hope I have helped, see you soon!

    Hey LuizScruz,

    I am grateful that you helped me. But the problem is still there. I did everything you suggested. Later I also did reset the laptop and installed a clean windows 10 direct from microsoft cloud, for about an hour everything seemed alright but then it appeared again when I checked.

    I also tried to update the driver but couldn't do so. I have attached the image for the same.

    As per your question my model of Nvidia graphics is Nvidia RTX 3050.

    please help me

    The version and build will be displayed on the screen;

    Try downloading and installing drivers for your video card by clicking the link below:

    https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.a...

    Check if the problem is fixed after installing the drivers;

    I hope I have helped, see you soon!
