Synchronisation of Google form with Microsoft Teams

In our LMS, we are using Teams for collaboration but I used Google Forms to assess learning this time ONLY. When I released score so the responses returned to me for those who entered their Outlook ids. What is the way forward?

    Now, for this case you may record your screen using Microsoft Stream and share the link with the students in Onedrive.
