So i was in the middle of updating a game and suddenly my screen froze and turn to BSOD. I didn't have a time to take a photo of the bluescreen, so i checked from the View Reliability History from the windows and here is the information about the bluescreen. Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks in advance!

Your dump file shows a system kernel error, which may be caused by the driver. I recommend uninstalling all drivers (GPU, chipset, etc.) first, then go to the official website of the device manufacturer to download the latest version and reinstall it.

I recommend reinstalling, which is more thorough. I can't guarantee that this will be resolved, but in any case, it can help us troubleshoot driver problems. So it is worth trying.

Is updating all of the drivers enough to fix the problem? Or i should reinstall all of the drivers?

Hello, I'm A&K. I'm glad to be able to help you.

I may need you to provide the dump file to help you analyze the failure. Please see if there is a. DMP file in your system directory "C:\Windows\Minidump". If there is, please upload it to the network disk and share the link here, I will help you analyze it. Thank you.

    this is the .dmp file
