I think it should be "Videos van de windows community"
Why is there /x2019s between it. Is this a bug or is it supposed to look like this?

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Settings

    Good Day Ilias31,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, there is a possbility as well, if you have Norton, you can uninstall it and check if you will still experience those errors with the Windows Defender.

It is not advisable to run two anti-virus at the same time , it can cause conflicts on those two anti-virus.

Feel free to try those steps and keep us posted with the results.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

Are visual bugs like these common? I find the year specified quite odd. And do you think i get the message because i have another anti virus or what else could have caused it?

    Good Day Ilias31,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

The text in the /x2019s that would be more likely a visual bug, for the IT manager has limited aces to certain parts of this app.

Here's the steps you can try.

-Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator

-Copy and paste each of the command below and hit enter.

    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies" /f

    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Policies" /f

    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f

    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f

    reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Policies" /f

    reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

    reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f

    Add-AppxPackage -Register -DisableDevelopmentMode "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppXManifest.xml"

If you getting errors when you enter each of the commands , it fine that's normal, just proceed with the next command.

Once you entered all those commands restart your computer and check if you will still see that notification.

I turned on periodic scanning for defender while i have norton and i did a quick scan, the scan came out clean but when i clicked on the notification of the result i was shown this screen.

Which translates to your it manager has limited aces to certain parts of this app.
