Windows 11 Update

Hello, I own a Acer Predator PH315-54, which already got an Windows 11 update rolled out on it. However, I didn't update it immediately. Now that I want to update my device, the option to update to Windows 11 has disappeared from the update settings.

Is this a temporary issue?

Will I get the option to update again later?

Or will I miss out the Windows 11 update permanently?

    Hello SwapnamoyKader,

Good day! I'm John and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

I recommend checking your device for Windows 11 compatibility first using the PC Health Check app

If your device meets and passes all the requirements, I recommend using the Windows 11 Installation assistant to upgrade to Windows 11 manually.

Note: It's always a good practice to backup your important files first before performing any Windows upgrade or reinstallation.

You can also check and try Sumit’s tutorial guide below on How to Install Windows 11 manually.
