But when I try to reset I get same blue screen too. Finally I decided to format my pc with usb but while formatting I get the same problem and now windows won’t start. I tried troubleshooting wit win10 but every try end with same problem. Blue screen > stop code is DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG. Please help.

Thanks for your kind answers.

    Dear MahmutERDAL,

    Thanks for updating me.

Since the computer does not start, kindly disconnect all external devices connected to the computer and try the steps below to fix the issue:

1-Force the computer to shut down 2 times until you get windows Troubleshooting > Advanced Options> Startup repair.

Then, check if it logs on to Windows or not.

2-Also, you can try the same procedure but this time uninstall the latest update.

If you have a system restore point, perform a system restore.

3-If it did not help, start your computer in Safe Mode:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/sta...

if you could log in with Safe Mode, open CMD as administrator > Type these commands and hit enter:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once it finishes, type this command and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

4-If it did not help, create a bootable USB and boot your computer with the USB:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cre...

On the installation window, click on repair.

After that, check if it fixed the issue or not.

5-If the issue still persists, follow the steps below to rescue files:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

After that, Force the computer to shut down 2 times until you get windows Troubleshooting > Advanced Options> Command Prompt > Type these commands and hit after each:

    Diskpart

    list disk

select disk X (replace X with your drive that contains system files)

    clean

Then, perform a clean install by following the instructions below:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Kind regards,

Go to into auto repair, and connect the Bootable USB and tell it to Repair the installation off of the Bootable USB drive.

*THESE NEXT SET OF STEPS ARE A LAST RESORT TO BE ABLE TO BOOT AND GET THE FILES YOU WANT< MAINLY ONES TAHT YOU ACCIDENTLY SENT TO THE RECYLING BIN. BECAUSE YOU CANNOT ACCES THE RECYLING BIN FROM THE OTHER DEVICE RUNNING WINDOWS 10.*

What you can do to fix this is delete the bootcfg file from the hard-drive whilst its connected to a different device running Windows 10 in an internal casing that allow you to access the hard-drive via a hard-drive to USB cable. Then put the hard-drive back. Try and boot up, but it should say no hard-drive with Windows is findable. Make the # of times you reboot and get that message and the # of BSODS is the same or , then unplug it from your computer/laptop. Then on the same device running windows 10 you removed the old bootcfg file from put on a copy of the bootcfg file from that device running windows 10 that the hard-drive is connected to. Then plug it back into your pc and see if that allows you to boot and login. *THERE IS NO GAUNTREE THAT THIS WILL NOT MESS SOME STUFF UP IF IT DOES MANGE TO WORK. THIS IS YOUR ONE WARNING THAT SOMETHING COULD GO REALLY WRONG ON YOUR LAPTOP/PC WITH THE ISSUE.*

    Dear MahmutERDAL,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Are you able to login into Windows now or you get BSOD before that?

If you are able to login, kindly check C:\Windows\Minidump and copy available minidump files to the desktop then share them with me in order to analyze them to indicate which file is causing the BSOD.

Please, upload and share the minidump files on OneDrive:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/uplo...

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/shar...

If you are not able to login, let me know to provide you with some additional steps to fix the issue or perform a clean install.

    Regards,
