Endless Blue Screen Loop - Win 10

I have an ASUS Notebook N61Jq which was running on Windows 10. The 1/25/2021 update worked fine. Ever since attempts to make any future updates prompted an endless blue screen loop that results critical process died error windows 10 and shuts down. I've used the command prompts to correct to no avail. I've used SFC, CHKDSK, bootrec.exe tool and even attempted to perform a system restore, uninstall updates and always results in an error. This always prompts the shutdown CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and used the support resources to help resolve. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

As a part of the Windows Insider Program, as well and didn't know if they might have some ideas to chime in on too.

    Hi Isra,

While I couldn’t get to the Windows version from your detailed suggestion, I was able to pull it up from the command prompts and sending a screenshot, as requested.

I was unable to get to the run box and DxDiag and DirectX Diagnostic Tool won’t be accessible because initial startup always goes to blue screen. If there’s a command prompt that can pull it up, I’ll attempt to perform that way.

Thanks again for your continued support, as I realize this may prove a bit more challenging.

Without minidump files it is more difficult to get to the root of the problem. In this type of case we can find different variables around the problem, so it is difficult to determine the exact cause. It could be a software or hardware problem.

One of the most common causes is RAM memory problems, viruses, outdated drivers, even dirt and overheating of the computer.

Hi Isra thanks for your kind reply.

From the command prompts, I'm unable to locate any mini dump files. For reference, my command prompt is x:\windows\system32.

    Enjoy your day too.

Hello, I warmly welcome you to the Community. I'm Israel and it is a pleasure to be able to support you today.

Go to the location C:\Windows. Are there minidump files on that path? If there are, upload them to a site where we can download and share the route to it.

Try uploading it for example to this site https://www.sendspace.com/

Virtual Greetings and have a nice day!
