    Good Day Suezon,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

You can scan your computer using the free version of Malwarebytes scanner to check if there are malware or adware running in your system.

    Here's the link to download.

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thank...

Once downloaded and installed , open the app and perform a scan and check for infection.

-Click Start, type Task Manager and open it

    -Click on Processes Tab

    -Look for Windows Explorer

    -Right click and hit Restart.

    Restart your computer using cleanboot.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

Restart and check the usage in the task manager

I hope the information above helps.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
