    Hi,

When encontering problem of not connected to the shared printer, following are some general troubleshooting steps I will take:

    • uninstall and reinstall the printer driver

    • Disable "Use printer offline" on the printer Queue.

    • Restart the computer or verify from another computer running with Windows Operating System.

    • Unplug the USB cable of the printer or on the computer.

    • Try to readd the network shared printer

Furthermore, please confirm if the same issue will occur on the computer without the same updates installed.

    - If yes:
Kindly wait for next round of update released soon and check the contents on whether or not the printer issued has been resolved.

    - if not:
Then the printer issue is related to the installed patches, but may test by printer drivers and contact support of Epson.

Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.

    Thanks,
    Jenny
