Constant BSOD Errors

I have been experiencing varying BSOD errors (irql_not_less_than..., Bad_Pool_Caller, System service exception, Internal power error) that all are attributed to "ntoskrnl.exe" according to bluescreenview. To address these issues I have done everything that I can find/think of including sfc scannow, dism, reinstalling windows, updating windows, using a ddu to uninstall all gpu drivers. I have compiled the .dmp files in a compressed folder and I have linked that below as well as a screen shot to my msinfo.

Sorry if it didn't solve the issue.

Can you share the recent minidump file?

    Thanks.

    Download this driver first (https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Driver/m...).

Once you downloaded the driver, uninstall the driver from Device Manager.

Open Device Manager > Network Adapters > right-click WIFI driver > click Unisntall device.

    Then install the downloaded driver.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

Where do I find this driver and what would be the safest method of uninstall/reinstall? Seeing it is a network driver I dont want to uninstall and not have access to the internet to reinstall it.

    Hi Mr,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

One of the minidump files points to "e1r68x64.sys". It is Intel(R) Gigabit Adapter driver.

I recommend that you update the driver if it's available. If not, try to uninstall and reinstall it.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
