unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)

Question

When I insert my sd card it doesn't show up and my sd card run as well . But when i eject my sd card it shows up and continuously give me notification by sound that something is connected and again disconnected . Suffering this issue for a long time . Checked my hardware but there was no issue . When i uninstall this driver that time my sd card doesn't work then i have to restart the pc. after restarting the pc when i eject the sd card this error again shiow up. Please help me!

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controller

-Look for USB 3.0 Root Hub and USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller

-Right click and Uninstall

After restart the driver will automatically installed.

Restart your computer and check.
