Cannot exit Aptio setup

Stuck on "aptio setup utility 2020 american megatrends" screen. Googled a ton, all answers involved launch csm or resetting to default. I have none of those options. Boot option is also not a clickable item.

Please help me out.

Also attached the screenshot of all options available.

    I see that this is a common issue with ASUS devices, you can try resetting the BIOS from the Save & Exit tab because this is usually a common fix:

    Click on Restore defaults and continue to reset it.

    I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

    If you disable Fast Boot, does the boot option enable?

    I see you are running Windows 11, if you select Launch EFI shell and manually select the EFI file from Windows boot manager, does that help?
