Problem login Microsoft account

Dear community,

I just purchased a new laptop for my child. After starting it and setting up the child's account as the Microsoft account on it, I updated it to Windows 11.

Since then, this is what happens: I enter her password, it then asks me for parental approval. I enter my own email and password and it keeps saying:"Oops, there is an error. It's not you, it's us".

I then try to log in using my own Microsoft accounts, it all goes well until it ask to create a confidential code. I click next, and again it that there is a problem. I tried clicking on "try again" and "ignore for the moment", it just sends me back to the login page.

I have tried everything: I approved my child's account, used my credentials, etc... nothing works!!
