System freezes after a fixed amount of time displaying this code. (VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL)

Happens always after booting up.

    Hi Kanishk

    Your minidump files confirm that it is the device driver on your graphics card that is causing the system to crash

    You should completely remove the current video card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the video card device driver.

    I don't think this is happening because of drivers (not sure about windows update) and also, I have tried system restore 2 times till now.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this, most likely that is caused by the device driver on your video card.

    If you can get into Windows:

    Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

    If you cannot get into Windows, boot into safe Mode, then uninstall the video card drivers and then restart your PC to see if Windows will start normally.

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

    Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

    Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

    According to your current BSOD message it's most probably due to your Graphic Driver error.

    Boot to Safe Mode:

    After, booting into Safe Mode do the following:

    1. If this problem occurred due to a driver update then, you can Rollback your driver to previous version. Or, if this issue occurred after an update then uninstall the update.
    2. If you still could not find the solution to the problem then, you can use System Restore to restore your Windows to an earlier state when it was bootable.
