Goodix Fingerprint reader causing Bugcheck errors

Microsoft will NOT let me update this driver.

I have tried installing this 5 times and Windows ignores it and uses old version.

    I have tried installing it but Microsoft will not change the driver. I have even told Windows to use the specified directory with the driver:

    C:\Program Files\Goodix\Fingerprint Driver

    But...

    It will not accept my changes:

    Hello, I'm A&K. I'm glad to be able to help you.

    The information you provide shows that the driver is causing the problem. It is recommended to try to uninstall all major device drivers (GPU, chipset, etc.) first, and then go to the device manufacturer's official website to download the latest version and reinstall it.
