I have same issue/error. I am unable to install Windows features ( like Hyper-V or telnet client ) and in System log, there is only NTFS 135 error. Brand new Dell laptop with Windows 11.
Microsoft advisors/support/etc. here on forums are well known to blame Microsoft software issues on hardware and I believe this is the case here, yet again. See PC randomly freezes and restarts even after factory reset - Microsoft Community.
Do NOT blindly RMA your drive just because someone on these forums told you so - not unless you actually find some errors during an NVMe self-test, bad sector etc.! I am sure this is actually a software issue, not a hardware one,
I think this began to occur with either 22000.348 or .376. There were some SSD/performance/NTFS changes in .348, so maybe that caused it? My SSD is flawless, I read the whole drive (LBA sector 0-last one) without problems, performed the long NVMe test, my Linux installation on the same SSD works perfectly. There is no issue with my drive.
The one thing that makes my setup somewhat special is using a 4K-native formatting on my Firecuda 530 SSD, that is no 512b sector emulation (this is supported by both recent SSDs and even some magnetic drives).
What SSDs are you using? Maybe they are also 4K-native formatted?
i have this error too. I check my disk in crystaldiskinfo he have status Good.

Please check hard drive's health using third party CrystalDiskInfo tool. If you have SSD, download manufacturer's test tool and run a full scan.
