What did you base replacing the memory on?

Did you stress test it with memtest86 overnight and find a bad stick?
    https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-test...

Did you Run Crucial System Scanner to check the RAM is precisely spec'd and configured, what upgrade options exist for first quality RAM: https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/systemscanner?cm... ?

I did not recommend to Factory Reset, which is an inferior install which uses the same files that may be corrupted to reinstall Windows. I suggested to use the latest fresh bootable media files to do a Repair Install which reinstalls Windows while saving your files and apps in place, brings it up to the latest version by the most stable method, takes about an hour and resolves most problems: https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/fix-windows...
I was referring to the specific steps in each tutorial, to report back what happened when you tried each step as this gives me an idea of what else to suggest. I have more experience helping in tech forums than almost anyone else on the web and have found over twelve years that working closely interactively is what gets it fixed - not just reporting back "Nothing worked" which gives me nothing to work with.

I have also helped with Random restarts hundreds, possibly thousands of times in forums and those are the steps which always fix it. I don't remember a single time it wasn't fixed.

Results? My guy i tried everything you said, if you read what i even said that is, i tried everything you linked.....It still restarts that's my results.. I know it is not my memory because i've replaced it already and it isn't my hard drive or ssd because those have been long tested...i've factory reset the pc multiply times already...i tried each and all of the links your provided which i appreciate but please fully read what i say.. once again the only thing i did not do was update my bios because one of the articles you linked said that a professional or something as such should be the one that does.

Where are the results for the steps I asked you to post back, so I'd know what else to suggest.

Please go back to the top of the list and report back detailed results for each step.

This is a known issue with known fixes. If you will work with me interactively it will usually be resolved quickly. However This is an interactive process. I give steps to perform, you do each one and then report back results until something works, so I know what to suggest next. If you need help performing any step, just ask back. But please do not skip any steps. We often find out the skipped step is the fix.

so i did most the ones i could, i did not update bios because it seems like a lot of the articles say you need someone or should be supervised by someone that's a professional or such. I know it cannot be my ram or storages....I'll just be playing fortnight or really anygame and bam out the blue it just does it, i can be the first 30 minutes of playing the game or 4 hours into playing and i cannot make any sense of it still. It has been doing this for awhile now..

Hi Eagle. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.

    1. Try the fixes which work most for random restarts:

    https://windows101tricks.com/windows-10-freezes...

    https://techcult.com/fix-computer-restarts-rand...

https://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-computer... (Avoid ad links which intrude into editorial copy, especially avoid Restoro and Reimage ads)

    1. If none of those help then Go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 17 to test a new Local Admin account. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

    1. Update your drivers and BIOS/UEFI firmware from PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.

Updating drivers from the Device Manager or Windows Update is rarely enough. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is keep the latest manufacturer's drivers installed from their Support Downloads web page.

    1. If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and most settings in place, is the most stable method to advance to the latest version, and solves most problems. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m...
    2. Test the RAM overnight to stress it with the best bootable test memtest86, following this guide to test both sticks and slots:

    https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-test...

Run Crucial System Scanner to check the RAM is precisely spec'd and configured, what upgrade options exist for first quality RAM: https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/systemscanner?cm...

    1. Test the hard drive or SSD with diagnostics:

    https://www.lifewire.com/free-hard-drive-testin...

    https://mashtips.com/ssd-health-test-and-perfor...

Best is to use the HDD/SSD manufacturer's own if there is one, otherwise use Seatools bootable long test: http://blog.nowherelan.com/2013/04/04/boot-seat...

Follow this up with a full Disk Check from the Command Prompt in Repair Mode or from bootable media: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/check-hard-dri... if necessary from the Command Prompt at boot: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2294-advanc...

    1. Stress test the rest of your hardware:

    https://techguided.com/best-tools-to-stress-tes...

I hope it helps. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
