When you'll boot from USB, the installation starts and you'll need to select Install option and point to your C: disk.
Windows 11 doesn't boot (possibly corrupted)
So a few hours ago I messed up the registry and when I restarted my computer, it stayed loading forever. I'm using windows 11.
I tried then resetting windows and keep my files but it just created another broken installation of windows in boot manager.
My boot manager looks like:
Windows 11
Windows 11
Windows recovery
I have tried everything from commands to commands in cmd. It fails to reset now and I can't do anything. I do not care about any files I only care about fixing the computer. It's a Lenovo laptop with pre-windows installed I've had it for 3.5 years and it was working fine until now.
Edit: I've tried to repair It just doesn't.
Edit2: I found important info.

2022-01-30T20:14:28+00:00 Did you change a registry and this caused the problem? If yes, likely registry is corrupted and it is needed to install Windows from scratch.
For a future, please create a full system backup regularly and create restore point before any registry editing. Unfortunately, it is very hard to repair corrupted registry.

Did I understood you correctly, you've made some changes in registry and this caused a problem? please check if registry copies exist in C:\Windows\System32\config\RegBack folder.
Did you try to restore system from restore point?
