    Dear MrMurphy2,in that case I recommend that you try the following;

    Right click on the start menu and go to System;

    Click on Advanced System Settings;

    Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings;

    Uncheck "Automatically restart";

    Now when the computer crashes again an error message or code will be displayed, post again with a screenshot of the error;

    Try doing a clean boot;

    Right-click on the taskbar and go to Task Manager;

    Click Start and disable all programs from system startup;

    Run the system file checker;

    Press the Windows + X keys, select Command Prompt (Admin), copy and paste the commands below and press enter after each command.

    Sfc /ScanNow

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

    Wait for the process to finish and restart the pc;

    Check the behavior;

    I hope I helped, even more!

    I'll give this a try, doing a clean install of my nvidia driviers now.

    EDIT: This didn't resolve the issue, games still crash after 15-20 minutes and then I have to shut down my cpu from the back since all hard drives shut down.

    Hello MrMurphy2, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that the computer automatically shuts down after 20 minutes of playing;

    I believe this problem is related to outdated or incompatible drivers;

    Initially I recommend that you do a clean install of the NVIDIA drivers;

    Download the latest driver for your video card:https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.a...

    Follow the onscreen instructions until you get the Installation Options window;

    Check the Custom (Advanced) box and press Next.

    On the next screen you will be able to choose the components to install (they should all be checked by default, and if you're not sure, leave them that way).

    In the Select driver component table, check the Perform a clean install box and click Next

    After installation try to play again and check if the behavior is still repeated;

    Hope this helps, see you soon!
