Blue screen error

So ever since I the new windows 11 was installed onto my laptop I keep getting the blue screen error page on my laptop. I have tried trouble shooting it multiple times and followed the instructions provided by Microsoft to get rid of unwanted programs. I discovered this virus called Walliant and got rid of it and as much of traces as I could find. However this doesn't seem to have done anything to stop this blue screen error page from showing up. Is there someone I can talk to to guide me in permanently fixing this computer? It's relatively new and I'd like to use it for much longer.

Also the only links I can find to this pcreen popping up is the windows 11 update and this Walliant virus but I am assuming so any other suggestions is also welcome. Thank you.

Perhaps a family member or friend can help you.

Just checked and that link is working fine so the problem your computer had must be affecting your ability to access it. That fact alone is very troubling as it could be an indication that the malware still is having an effect on the computer's operation.

No one antivirus/spyware program can detect and handle all possible threats. Since you have had such a serious one I strongly recommend you use all of those methods to ensure the threat has been totally removed.

Only after the threat has been totally removed can we then proceed to troubleshoot the BSOD issue.

It probably would be easier, in the long run, to just wipe the computer and do a complete clean install.

Hi Rob, thank you for your reply.

I am unable to access the walliant guide that you have linked, the page doesn't seem to be there. I have windows defender running on my computer and it shows that everything is fine.

From what I can see there isn't anything wrong with my device. Would it be possible for me to talk with someone to guide me through what to do? I am not too confident with downloading things and messing with my computer even more.

    Thank you

Follow this guide to be absolutely sure the malware is removed: (Some of these refer to Windows 10 though Windows 11 is essentially the same.)

    Remove WALLIANT.EXE virus (Removal Guide)

    https://regrunreanimator.com/newvirus/how-to/re...

    And after the above:

If you need to check for malware here are my recommendations - these will allow you to do a thorough check and removal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running resident which can cause as many issues as the malware and may be harder to detect as the cause.

No one program can be relied upon to detect and remove all malware. Added that often easy to detect malware is often accompanied by a much harder to detect and remove payload. So it's better to be overly thorough now than to pay the high price later. Check with these to an extreme overkill point.

How do I find and remove a virus?

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/ho...

TDSSKiller.exe. - Download to the Desktop - then go to it and Right Click on it - RUN AS ADMIN it will show any infections in the report after running - if it will not run change the name from tdsskiller.exe to tdsskiller.com. Whether it finds anything or not does not mean you should not check with the other methods below.
