Increase in CPU usage on every app..

cently, after an update, the cpu usage on most apps increased. Mainly all the browsers, whenever I refresh a page, watch a youtube video on 420p, scroll down on anything, the CPU usage strikes and then goes back to normal. I don't remember the updates so I can't delete them, can someone help me? And in Opera GX, the CPU Slider doesn't appear all, I have no clue, why, here's an image for reference, I've tried completely uninstalling, repairing, nothing works.

    I solved the issue! Basically in msconfig the number of processors button was checked and only 1 processor was seleted, I unched it and restarted the device and now the CPU slider is appearing in Opera GX and its way smoother!

    Try open the task manager and see if you are seeing the same behavior in the CPU?

    Have you updated your graphic card driver?
