I am unable so far to connect my Epson ES 200 scanner. I am getting the message below.

I installed the scanner on another PC running Windows 10 and it worked fine.

I tried using the Windows Scan option and get the message below. Please advise.

Note the scanner is connected to the USB connection on the PC and is in the PC setting see below

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 and a community member like you.

    let us work together to sort this out.

    First, try to uninstall the driver in the device manager.

    Once uninstalled , go to this link below and download and install the driver.

    https://ftp.epson.com/drivers/ES200_Lite_AM.exe

    Once downloaded and installed restart and check the scanner.
