Problems on installing Quality Updates for Windows 10 Version 1909

Hello, I have Windows 10 Home single language version 1909 (OS build-18363.1593) in Lenovo Laptop.

Recently I am facing problems on Quality updates of Security updates (KB5003635).

Check for updates is not working properly, it says You're not up to date and Your device is missing important security and quality fixes.

I can only able to install Security Intelligence update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus.

Last time I update Security updates (KB5003244) on 26 May, 2021 via Check for Updates.

Then I update & Install Manually Update for Windows (KB5003212) from Microsoft Update Catalog on 07-12-21.

After that I can't able to install Quality updates on later released updates.

After manually installing it says Last failed install attempt on ‎07-‎12-‎2021 - 0x800f0922.

What should I do??

How can I update to get latest version of Windows 10?

Can I install Quality updates of various OS build version released after May 2021 for Windows 10 version 1909 multiple times in a day or not?
