my camera wont enable (f8 key). for some reason, after restarting once with the f8 key on (the camera gets blocked) it wouldnt work. its stuck disabled, and even after several methods such as msconfig, cmd, and safe boot it still hasnt been fixed. this is pretty important for me since i am a student and if i cant switch on my camera it will be bad. please help me

Is the webcam light on even though the webcam is not working?

Try pressing Fn + F8, does that turn on the webcam?
Is there a privacy slider on your webcam that may be closed?

If neither of those works for you, I need more information on your laptop, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window
I have the same problem, but with the F10 & F11 keys, and the Right and Down arrow keys.
