2021-12-05T02:24:52+00:00 Please complete all steps I gave. It often works to repair System Files as activation files do get damaged.

2021-12-05T02:15:10+00:00 Hi Bryson. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.
So this was a WIndows 7 PC you upgraded to Windows 10? How long was it activated?
When you first Upgraded it assigned a permanent Digital License for the PC in Microsoft Activation servers so that you can reinstall Windows 10 at any time, skipping the Product Key during install, and it will reactivate afterwards when you connect to the internet and it phones home to find your hardware profile confirming the Digital License.
There is no Product Key for a Digital License. If you try to change the key from the generic version key (present when you install without a key) it will never activate with the DL. Only if the DL is completely lost will using the WIndows 7 key again work.
Try restoring the Generic key from here:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/95922-gener...
Run the Activation Troubleshooter in Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Troubleshooter, report back what it says.
Run System File Checker and DISM from Step 10 in this checklist:
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki... to try to repair Activation files in case they're broken.
Then run the Troubleshooter again.
Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
