You can refer to this document to uninstall Visual Studio 2010 manually.
If it doesn't work, you can try to open CMD in administrator mode and run the following command:
wmic product where "name like'microsoft visual%'" call uninstall /nointeractive
As you know, VS 2010 is end of support , some related links may not work.
