'You're playing ... somewhere else' Message

Hi, I've downloaded Forza Horizon 5 in my laptop for more than one month. But just today, a message (in blue box) pops up every time I boot up the laptop. The message reads 'You're playing Forza Horizon 5 somewhere else' and 'This game has ended here because you started it up on another device.' I've checked my Microsoft account. I don't think there are any suspicious login activities because all the activities are in the same IP address. I'm also pretty sure I did not open the game on another computer.

So, what could be causing this problem? And is there any way I can fix it? Thanks!

Edit: I can't open the game after my laptop boots up if I hit 'Close' instead of 'Play here instead' in the startup screen.

Edit 2: I've change the password of my Microsoft Account but the problem persists.

-Use the Xbox app?

If so, Windows+i> apps> select the Xbox app from the list> advanced options> Repair, if still unsolved click Restore.

-If necessary, from the list of applications, select Forza>Advanced Options>Repair.

-This can also solve:

In the Xbox store and app, sign out of the account > restart the PC and sign in with the account again.

    Thank you so much! I repaired the Xbox app and now everything is back to normal.
