Hi, When I try to open the Network and Internet settings from the taskbar, I get the following error:

Even When I try to open it from settings I get the following error.

Bur if I click on my ethernet name I can go to that page, but clicking on the Status option gives out that error.

I do not want to perform a clean install or a repair upgrade, cause it is very time consuming and my pc is slow.

So any other solution?

So in this case the error must not only apply to low space on System Reserve. Try the fixes for the other causes here:

If none of those help then I would manually upgrade to the latest version by downloading the ISO file or creating the latest installation media from Media Creation Tool, following the steps toward the bottom of the download page here in the section "Using the tool to create installation media:"

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-AU/software-downlo...

Open the media in Explorer, or double click the ISO file to Mount it, right click Setup to Run as Administrator. Steps same as here:

    https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2016/06/how-to...

This saves your files, apps and most settings in place while upgrading to the latest version by the most stable method. It also brings all updates current and solves most problems because it reinstalls Windows.

In addition do the preparatory steps in this article for Overcoming Version Upgrade Failures: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for... which compiles all the fixes that have worked most and best over the years.

If the Version has problems I will work with you to try to resolve them. If the problems are unfixable for now, you have ten days to roll it back in Recovery settings. You can then hide it so it doesn't try to reinstall following this same method: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8280-hide-s.... I can help you go over it first to see if it can be fixed.

Most problems are also resolved by doing this gold standard Clean Install which should get you past all difficulties as it has millions of others who have followed the steps in this link and never come back to report another problem: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

There is also older version media available from Microsoft TechBench here:

https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php. Burn to DVD using WIndows Image Burner or create bootable flash using one of the options here: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you will wait to rate my post, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Hi Sagnik. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.

    1. Go over Windows using this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues (which is the #1 fix for your error), then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

    1. Re-register the Settings app in Windows 10 as shown here:

    https://www.elevenforum.com/t/reset-and-re-regi...

    1. If those don't help then try the other fixes here:

    https://www.partitionwizard.com/clone-disk/syst...

Feel free to ask back any questions. Please report back results for all steps given so I know what else to suggest if necessary.

Did you copy and paste the command to make sure it's precise? If so then move on to the next step.

Yes, I googled a bit and found out that it does not work in this build of windows 10.

But I did reset the settings app from the app settings, but it still didn't work.
