I have Premier Support Ticket that was closed by a technician looking to up their response numbers. The issue is unresolved. Is there actually a support team in the U interstates for escalating this event?

Apologies Michael but we (in the forums) do not have access to their ticketing and the best way to get back to them is by either calling them back or to open a new ticket in which you will reference the existing ticket that you have for follow up.

Thank you Paul. I have already created a support ticket, and paid the $499 charge. However, There is a substantial disconnect between the Gatekeepers 800 tel3phone number and the actual Technical Support Team including There Managers. It appears that the gate keepers are Microsoft Employees and the technical team are a contractor of MS called Convergsys. My Case Id was opened September 20 2021 and has

yet to be resolved. the ticket was input as priority A with a 2 hr response time. Can you assist me further?
