I attempted the system restore; however, it says I don't have any restore points.
I'm not sure what to do now. Still no Bluetooth after another restart. Can't even find it in device manager after selecting 'show hidden files'.

I'm using a Dell lnspiron 15 laptop with Windows 10. I was using my Bluetooth earbuds when they suddenly disconnected. I looked to my Bluetooth settings, and the Bluetooth toggle was missing. I powered off the earbuds manually, then restarted windows. Nothing. So I tried more steps.
Per instructions of a post in the community, I deleted all the items under Bluetooth under Device Manager, restarted, reinstalled the driver through Support Assist, then restarted again Nothing.
I tried a hard reset (pressed the Power button for 10 seconds, unplugged power cord for a minute, then restarted). Nothing.
I tried to go through the Services menu, restarted Bluetooth Support Service and set it to automatic, then restarted. Nothing.
I'm at a loss; something that was working perfectly fine before is suddenly not, and I have no idea why. Any advice would be much appreciated; been fighting with this for 2 hours.

Hi Pariah164 -
Thanks for the response and I do apologize if the method did not fix the issue on your windows.
Kindly try to check if there's any key on your keyboard that has a Bluetooth icon or indicator. Kindly click on that key and check if it serves as Bluetooth On and Off function. In-place repair/upgrade or repair reinstall is a process of re-installing Windows without touching any of your applications or personal files. In this way if there's any data corruption, damaged system files or missing system files on your computer, this repair will fix or repair them.
To start we need to download an ISO file of Windows 10 and save it to your computer. Please follow the instruction on the link below to create an ISO file
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402819...
After the ISO is created, follow the instructions on the link below created by PaulSey, Microsoft Agent, on how to perform repair install on your computer.
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...
This process will take some time to complete so you need to be very patient in waiting until the process completes. Once done , restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.
If there is no Bluetooth key on your keyboard, try to perform an in-place repair on your windows.
Regards,
Kevin B.
