Hey,

I have a Tuf Gaming A15 laptop, and sometimes for no reason the WiFi driver keeps stopping. I can't turn in back on and I already tried to download a need Wi-Fi driver and that does not help either. These devices turn off in my device manager:

Realtek 8822CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC (network adapter): Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this issue, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

Wifi (software devices): Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this issue, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

And my Bluetooth turns off to.

I don't know what to do does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

I understand that you are suffering from the problem of "Drivers keep turning off." If my understanding is wrong, please feel free to reply and correct me.

For the problem that the hardware is not connected to the computer code 45, it does not need to be solved theoretically, because this error code indicates the disconnected state of the device. When you connect the relevant equipment to the computer, the error code will disappear automatically.

If you make sure that the hardware is ok, then try the following steps to solve it:

Solution 1. Run the hardware troubleshooter

    1. Enter "Control Panel" in the search box> click the "Control Panel" option> select "small icon" in the upper right corner> select "Troubleshooting".
    2. Go to the "Troubleshooting" window and click "network and internet".
    3. Click "internet connections and network adapter". Click "Next" in the next window.

If the above steps do not work, continue to try the following methods:

Solution 2. Use the system repair command to repair the system.

Please try running SFC and DISM to check for system errors and corrupted files. After that, restart your computer.

Right-click the Windows key, and then left-click the Windows Terminal (admin) option. Press the Enter key after each command:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    sfc /scannow

    Solution 3.

Try to use the system restore point to restore to the last time the system was normal. Check out this link.

You are welcome to reply to this topic at any time, and sincerely thank you for your support of Microsoft products and services.

    Happy new year!

    Best regards
