Command prompt

I did two virus scans and came back with no viruses, but when I'm in games command prompt starts and then closes immediately, it causes issues with my games, some games will black screen and get me killed I can't find anybody else with this issue and I'm looking for some support

    It said that the problems were removed after a 12 hour scan, I'll try gaming for a bit and let you know if it solved it

    Sorry if it didn't help.

    Try this method instead.

    Open Task Scheduler > Microsoft > Office > Right click "OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration" > Disable

    Then see if the issue will still persists.

    as it was scanning it said there were two infected files, but now that it's done it says there's no viruses spyware or other potentially unwanted software, it was a quick scan so now i'm running a full scan

    It sounds like malware or a virus. I will first suggest that you scan the system again but use Microsoft Safety Scanner this time.
