Hi

I am using Windows Server 2019 Standard and I am trying to bind a certificate using this command

>netsh http add sslcert ipport=0.0.0.0:443 certhash=e5fdf65498732147cfdc4edda8f100906a1c6b69 appid={030077CE-F2F6-4B43-B0D8-D654987322FA}

but I get Error: 1312

HTTP Server API Error. A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated

I read that there is hotfix KB981506 but I dont know where to download ? or any idea how to fix this ?

Thanks
