Hi

we are just starting to take a look at using Project Online/Web/desktop client with the intention that we integrate with Teams and Power BI etc

It looks to me like we need to use Project Essentials for most users who just need to update actions, risks etc and probably Project 3 for the actual project managers and project support officers, who will maintain plans.

Would appreciate if someone could confirm - does Project 3 allow full use (except for reporting and some portfolio management stuff that we don't use) of Project Online, Web and the desktop client? And Essentials is the licence to go for, if its just about updating actions and risks.
