BSOD with intel driver

Hi

I recently purchased the razer stealth notebook, and run into a bsod after installing docker with bios virtualization enabled. when i turn it off it works fine but no docker, when i disable the generic intel driver and only use the nvidia graphics driver it's very laggy.

So far i've tried:

  1. finding updates to drivers (doesn't work)
  2. upgrading to windows 11

I am no expert at this, so i've put the dump files here to help me determine next steps.

Please let me know if there are any reasonable actions i can take.

Thanks.

Hi res1988

All your minidump files just indicate the device driver (igdkmdn64.sys) on the Intel HD graphics as the cause of the system crashes.

Have yo tried going to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website to download and install the version of that Intel driver they recommend?

    Hi res1988

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please upload any minidump files you have, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
