So the problem is that no matter how many times I restart my computer, it will re-start after a few minutes and display the blue screen with the error 0xc0000185. I tried many commands through cmd, I have a windows 10 usb installation, and while I can get into the advanced options, the computer won't let me boot in windows 10 , so after all of this, I decided to format the harddrive where Windows 10 was installed, and it helped a little, I was able to log in Windows 10 and download some apps, but after 30 minutes of using it, an error would appear, saying that a critical process had died, and then I restarted the pc, the 0xc0000185 error would appear. I tried many things, including reinstalling Windows 10 so I could download Restoro, as many people suggested, so that's what I did, but it said there was something wrong with the harddrive, so I opened my computer and checked the harddrive and it was fine. I never dropped or did anything to the harddrive, and I unplugged the cables to see if it was the cable, which it wasn't. So after about 20 minutes of use, the same error with essential process died, so I rebooted and got the same message 0xc0000185.

So, I suppose the problem was that the hard drive was corrupted, so I fixed it and reinstalled Windows, and everything is working perfectly now.

    Hi Alexandru,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Since you already reinstalled Windows and the issue still persists I think the issue is most likely caused by hardware. It could be the RAM.

I suggest that you test the RAM using MemTest86.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks.

Hello, I'm A&K. I'm glad to be able to help you.

I may need you to provide the dump file to help you analyze the failure. Please see if there is a. DMP file in your system directory "C:\Windows\Minidump". If there is, please upload it to a cloud drive such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Cloud Drive and share the link here, I will help you analyze it. Thank you.
