No where in that Statement does it address the Privacy Laws and rules as legislated in Canada. Nor is there an answer to my question.
OneDrive Servers
I would like to know if Canadian users of OneDrive have their data stored on OneDrive servers located outside of Canada. In certain cases this might be in violation of Canadian Privacy Laws.

Privacy is a dead concept in the modern age, has been for over 60 years since the advent of CSTS and it's world-wide network. It is interesting to see how The Big Guys respond to the reality. Now it is "Bill Gates fault" eh what.

OneDrive is merely a brand name, used for marketing. The data in your OneDrive is stored on the same servers that Microsoft uses for all its cloud storage. Therefore, this information from Microsoft should be useful:
