My Brother MFC235C printer does not work with Windows 11. Apparently, according to Brother, there is an update to fix this. Where can I get access to it?

    Thanks Kevin,

    Windows is up to date.

Brother website says to apply Windows update from last December but updates already in place and the printer still doesn't work. There is also mention of not being able to use a USB connection following the W11 update but I'm not sure what that means. May have to connect via network cable.........?

    Hi chriscpl-

I'm Kevin B. Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience, let me help you sort things out.

Does the support mention if there is a new driver for the printer?

Kindly check on Windows settings if all is up to date:

Go to settings > update and security > windows update.

If everything is updated, go to your manufacturers website and look for the updated driver for your printer.

Please let me know how it goes. Have a blessed day!

    Thanks,

    Kevin B.
