Dear All,

Need your assistance here, refer to attached, I kept getting this message when I on the computer, cannot even install "adobe acrobat reader DC"

Can you help please? Thank you very much

    Good Day CheeKhiangLee,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    You can download and install the tool called Autoruns.

    Here's the link to download

    Once downloaded , unzip it.

    Open the the app, click on Filter and type Hcontrol.exe

    In the search results, uncheck them, you can also right click on it then hit Delete.

    Restart your computer once done then check.
