Sharepoint 2013 site - Map to local drive - not working on Chrome

Hi,

IE is deprecated from machine , so we are using Edge or Chrome for accessing the SharePoint site. Please note we are accessing SharePoint 2013 on premises website.

Since Open in Explorer is not accessible, we tried to map to local folder to getting files from document library, but getting the below error

We cannot use IE to map any site or list now. Earlier we were able to access via IE but now we cannot .

Per my test, everything works fine with IE. According to this article, we have to add the SharePoint document library to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer, that is why you get “Access Denied” error with Chrome. Any other browsers such as Google Chrome or Firefox will not work. As a workaround we recommend using Sync instead of mapping a network drive to SharePoint.
