Postgres 17.4 Flexible Server has been inaccessible since the scheduled maintenance that occurred on 2025-07-08. The server has zero availability, all previously connected and new connections are refused. Server will not respond to any Restart or Stop commands.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
