    Hello rubiyaana chhantyel,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community!

If you’re experiencing audio problems in Windows 11, you can launch the “Playing Audio” troubleshooter directly using one of the following methods:

    1.🛠️Run via Dialog Box:

    1. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog
    2. Type the command below and press Enter:

    PowerShell

    msdt.exe -id AudioPlaybackDiagnostic

This opens the Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool to help find and fix sound playback issues.

2.🛠️ Run via Command Prompt or PowerShell

You can also execute the same command from a terminal:

    msdt.exe -id AudioPlaybackDiagnostic

No need for the Run dialog—just launch directly.

If the issue persists, feel free to share:

    • The time the problem typically occurs
    • Whether your Windows updates have recently completed or are pending

I’d be happy to help you investigate further!
