Hello,

I'm using an HP Pavilion 15-eg2xxx laptop with Windows 11, and I'm facing a serious issue with Bluetooth:

Bluetooth works only for 5 minutes, then disappears completely.

The Bluetooth icon vanishes from the taskbar and settings.

In Device Manager, the MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter shows a ⚠️ warning icon, or sometimes disappears entirely.

I’ve already tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers (even from HP official site).

  Updating Windows and BIOS.

     Disabling power saving features.

        Restarting Bluetooth Support Services.

The problem **comes back every time after reboot or few minutes of use**.

Please help — is this a driver issue, hardware fault, or compatibility bug with Windows 11?

Thanks in advance.

Please some contact me and help me to solve this problem and tried to solve this problem but I did't solve that problem

Hello

Most bluetooth or wifi issue can be resolved by doing a power reset.

To do so, turn off the computer, unplug the computer from the power cord, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Turn the computer back on to see if it works.

If not, go to this HP page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-pavilion-laptop-pc-15-eg2000/2101006330/swItemId/ob-338369-1

Download and install this driver, and see if it helps.

Note: This is not Microsoft website/URL, but it is the official OEM/manufacturer site.
